Leadership and Governance

Governance

As a registered association, Mikkelin Poliisiurheilijat ry is governed under the Finnish Associations Act (yhdistyslaki) and its own statutes.

Decision-making

The highest decision-making body is the association meeting, where members approve the annual accounts, elect the board and decide on matters such as membership fees. The board manages the association's affairs between meetings.

02

Conflicts of interest

Board members do not take part in decisions in which they have a personal interest. Any potential conflicts are declared and recorded in the minutes.
